Is there a Synology app for Apple TV?

Not for cameras. Synology publishes DS cam for iPhone and iPad, and once published DS video for Apple TV, but there has never been an official Surveillance Station app for tvOS.
NasCam is on Android TV and Google TV too. This page is written for Apple TV, but everything it describes works the same way there. The Android TV version is here.
What you can use instead
NasCam is an independent Apple TV app. It signs in to your Synology NAS with your DSM account and shows your Surveillance Station cameras and recorded events on the television.

- Synology NAS with DSM 7 or later.
- Surveillance Station 9 or later, at least one camera online.
- Apple TV HD (2015) or Apple TV 4K, running tvOS 17 or later.
- A DSM account with Surveillance Station access.
