Is there a Synology app for Android TV?

No. Synology publishes DS cam for Android phones and tablets, and nothing for Android TV. Open the Play Store on a Google TV Streamer or a Sony television and DS cam is not there to install.
Why DS cam does not show up on your TV
The Play Store on a TV device lists only apps that declare a leanback launcher. That declaration is how an app tells Android it can be driven with a D-pad. DS cam does not declare one, so the TV Play Store filters it out. A request thread for an Android TV version has been open on the Synology community forum since 2019.
You can sideload the phone APK. The app then runs, but every control still expects a finger. People who go this route add a mouse-toggle utility that turns the remote into a slow on-screen cursor. It works, but not for something you open every evening.
What you can use instead

NasCam sends no alerts, although Android TV would allow them. Most people keep DS cam on the phone for alerts and use NasCam to look at what happened.
The other Android TV camera apps
Android TV has more camera apps than tvOS does, and two of them are genuinely good. tinyCam Monitor PRO supports over 350 vendors and costs $3.99 once. IP Cam Viewer Pro claims more than 800 camera and DVR models. If you have cameras from several brands, either one beats NasCam for a live wall.
Neither plays back Surveillance Station recordings. tinyCam does sign in to Surveillance Station, but its own supported-devices list shows it as a live source: jpeg, mjpeg and PTZ. Recordings live on the NAS, not in the camera, and reaching them takes a Surveillance Station client. We compared all six apps side by side.

- An Android TV or Google TV device on Android 6.0 or later. That covers the Google TV Streamer, Chromecast with Google TV, NVIDIA Shield, the Xiaomi TV Stick and Mi Box, and the Android TV built into most Sony, Philips, TCL and Hisense sets.
- A DSM account with Surveillance Station access. Live View permission shows the cameras; Playback permission is what makes the event timeline fill up.

Install it from the sofa, or from your desk
On the TV, open the Play Store, search for NasCam and press Install. Searching by voice works too.
The quicker route is the Play Store on a laptop or phone. Open the NasCam listing, press Install, and pick your TV from the Install on device list. Google Play sends the app to the TV over the internet. It only needs the TV to be signed in to the same Google account.
